When we're looking to make a change in our lives, we usually on focus on the things we need to give up, versus the things we can add. I don't know about you, but that rarely works for me. When I try depriving myself of things, it usually ends with me wanting that thing even more. So I'm shifting from having a deprivation mindset, to having a "more" mindset. What do I want more of?
