What started as a note to her daughter True to always remember to be true to herself, turned into a beautiful mother/daughter collaboration reminding ALL women to prioritize their personal well-being.
This transparent conversation was eye opening for me! So eye opening that I went on sabbatical for 2 months after we recorded (more about that on the next episode). I genuinely believe that this book will remind and inspire you (and our younger generation) to live your most authentic life!
