63. What Are You Attaching Your Value To?

We  be should all be mindful about what we attach our value to. When we're not mindful, we find ourselves in situations, relationships, or jobs that are no longer serving us! And that often leads to frustration, resentment, or feeling unfulfilled. So what should you do when you find yourself with these feelings? For me, the answer was to be honest with myself.
